The best way to make sure UGMG receives everything needed to correctly proof and print your InDesign document is to create a “Package” containing all the necessary support files. You don’t need the “Preflight” window open to see an alert icon (red button with errors indicated), as it also appears in the bottom frame of the document window. The total number of errors is noted on the “Preflight” window.
